I am currently a senior at the University of Central Missouri. I am majoring in journalism and plan to graduate in May. I currently work for Digitalburg.com as the managing editor. Digitalburg is apart of UCM's communication department, but it focuses on the entire Johnson County area. We have a wide range of stories that are contributed by student reporters and by AP. I work directly with the reporters assigning stories and then editing the stories. I write headlines and articles of my own. I also assign photos to go with the stories. I enjoy sports journalism and writing feature stories. I also enjoy taking photos that help illustrate my articles and photography has also become a hobby.
